1:00pm  All afternoon there will be Registration and Hospitality in the Ruffner Room, Wind River Lodge

1:00pm  The Exhibits will be collected and assembled to open by 5:00pm

7:00pm  Dinner in our private Dining Area

8:30pm  Opening Reception: Ruffner Room in the Wind River Lodge

Friday, June 15, 2007

7:30 - 9:30am  Buffet Breakfast, Dining Hall

9:30am  Registration will continue all day in the Ruffner Room, Wind River Lodge

9:30am  Ruffner Room open all day:  MEETING OUR MAIN GOAL - VISITATION.  All morning - free time for recreation

10:00 - Noon:  Annual Meeting of the Ruffner Family Association

Noon - 1:30pm  Lunch, Walnut Dining Room.  All afternoon free time for visitation and recreation

6:00pm  Chuck Wagon Barbecue

7:30pm  Hay Rack Ride - Real Horses

9:00pm  Square Dancing

10:00 - Midnight:  Visiting in the Ruffner Room

Saturday, June 16, 2007

7:30 - 9:30am  Breakfast, Private Dining Area.  All morning free time, visiting & recreation

Noon - 1:30pm  Lunch, Private Dining Room.  All afternoon free time, visiting & recreation

4:00pm  Ruffner Family Auction

6:30pm  Ruffner Reunion Banquet, Private Dining Area

8:30pm  Multi Media Presentation, "The Ruffners in America" Hemphil Family Theater

10:30 - Midnight:  Visiting in the Ruffner Room

7:30 - 9:30am  Breakfast, Private Dining Area

10:00am  Outdoor Memorial Service and Native American Ceremony

11:00am  Room Checkout for those leaving this day

Noon - 1:30pm  Closing Luncheon, Private Dining Area

1:30pm  Departure Ceremony
